Nutmeg & honey to cure acne scars
When it comes to the beauty of DIY treatments that really work are few pleasures. A mask with honey and nutmeg is one of these: soothing, fragrant and very effective against acne scars. Honey and nutmeg everyone has healing properties that help to prevent infection and reduce the swelling and can even help new skin growth. This may mean smoother, less obvious acne marks, at a fraction of the price you’d pay for a commercial solution.

Honey is more than delicious: it has demonstrated medical properties. Although it has been used in traditional medicine for centuries, it has not been thoroughly studied in modern medicine. Effects of nutmeg

You can apply this mask during or after an escape, or when your skin is clear. If you are sensitive, be careful not to rub the mask, such as nutmeg can harm your face. Use this mask two or three times a week at most.
Nutmeg in particular, is a powerful astringent, and may be too harsh for sensitive skin. If you are sensitive, try this treatment on a small area of skin, or leave it for at least 30 minutes. Follow with a moisturizer: Aloe Vera or emu oil. While using this mask, avoid exfoliating your face, exfoliating, may cause skin dryness, sensitivity and damage.
Honey is naturally drippy, and the mask may stain, wear clothing that can withstand being cast on and make sure you have a towel handy.
