Honey and other Ingredient for Acne

Purifying masks

– Comfrey

This plant has astringent and healing.

Remedy: Apply a comfrey ointment on the face and let stand 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Repeat 2 times a week if necessary.

– The calendula and marshmallow

Calendula (marigold) plant is astringent, purifying and healing very used to treat minor skin problems. Associated with the marshmallow anti-inflammatory, it provides a mask effective against acne.

Remedy: Mix 1 teaspoon of powdered marshmallow root with 2 tablespoons of tincture of concern and a little mineral water to make a smooth paste. Lay the parts most affected and let rest for 20 minutes before rinsing.

– The green or white clay

The clay can be found in natural remedies because it absorbs excess sebum and impurities from the skin leaving it soft and purified.

Remedy: Mix the powder clay mineral water until smooth dough, spread a thick layer all over the face, avoiding the eye contour. Leave for 20 minutes then rinse with warm water.

– Nutmeg

It has antiseptic properties.

Remedy: Mix 4 tablespoons of nutmeg powder with its equivalent in liquid honey.

Apply mask and let stand for 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water.

– Lemon

Both antiseptic and antibacterial, lemon juice cleans the skin and prevent pimples from becoming infected.

Remedy under the skin. Dip a cotton swab in lemon juice and apply on pimples.

This plant is a natural antibiotic, it has antibacterial properties and allows knobs not infected.

Remedy: Cut a clove of garlic in half and gently rub the affected area twice a day.

– Tea tree

Antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal, tea tree has always been used by the aborigines to treat skin diseases.

Remedy: lotion. Infuse a teaspoon of plant in a cup of water 25 cl. Filter. After total cooling, soak a compress in the lotion and gently wipe the skin. Other jobs from the same plant: put a drop of essential oil on each button.
